
POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
NUCLEAR EDUCATION FACULTY POSITION
POSITION: This faculty position is to support the Nuclear Education Online (NEO) expansion of educational programs, including nuclear pharmacy, PET education, and nuclear cardiology.
QUALIFICATION:
Minimum qualifications include knowledge and experience in the field of nuclear medicine and a professional degree in pharmacy, medicine, nuclear medicine technology or a related field. Board certification in nuclear pharmacy is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with project management experience is necessary.
Good interpersonal skills are required with excellence in communication and collaboration.
Good computer skills and recent teaching experience are highly desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibilities are to serve as project director for the curriculum expansion funded by a Department of Education FIPSE grant, including but not limited to curriculum development, student recruitment, teaching; and scholarly activities.
SALARY AND RANK: Commensurate with qualifications. The successful applicant must qualify for the rank of assistant or associate professor, and the appointment will be in the non-tenure track.
